I am a fellow healthcare worker (speech pathologist) with a room for rent! This property is in a quiet, townhome community with access to a pool. Included in the room is a queen bed & frame, 2 bedside tables, large dresser, television with a firestick, and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom will be all to yourself and includes a beautiful vanity with storage as well as a bathtub/shower combo. You'll have complete access to the shared living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor space, and laundry room. You'll be close the the 101 and 202 freeways with easy access to several hospitals in the valley including in Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Phoenix. This house is very close to Tempe Marketplace, Mesa Riverview, Mill Ave, and Old Town Scottsdale which all offer various restaurants and activities!
