House Rules
- Quiet residential neighborhood- no parties or loud music This is a monthly rental- Renter must sign a lease after making the reservation and prior to move in NO SMOKING- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Clean all dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils you used before you check out. Empty all trash before you check out. Trash and recycles are put in cans in the alley behind the house. The black top cans are for trash and the blue top cans are for recycles. Put linens and towels that need to be laundered in the laundry baskets and put the laundry baskets in the breakfast nook area. All guests will be required to fill out a guest registration form, provide copy of ID (passport or driver license), and sign a rental agreement which we will e-mail you after you have made the reservation and we receive your contact information from . HC does not allow any contact information to be exchanged until after you have made the reservation and paid for it. We no longer have any pets living at the property. However, we do accept guests with cats and dogs so if you have pet allergies this is not the place for you. Pets are welcome pet fee $100 per pet paid directly to owner. Pets rules: Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds. There is a dog door to the backyard. The fneced backyard is for you and your pets. The tenant in the studio unit uses the side fenced yard for his pet. Tenant in the studio uses one of the 3 driveway parking spaces Studio is on the same property but has its own entrance no shared spaces
