- My Rules 1. Respect my property. Over the past decade, I have remodeled The Whole House. It’s my forever home. Take care of property. Play it safe here. 2. Since I started renting my guest room on Air BnB, I’ve been a Super Host. It is my spiritual gift. I am open to feedback on what you love about the Cave and what’s missing. I travel on Air too and I’m always looking for ways to make this space a haven for you after 12 hour shifts. 3. Pay rent on time. I don’t like asking people for money. Keep your word. 4. Let me know if something breaks. Then I can replace it. Sometimes it takes a while to replace. 5. I have a small dog Scooter (Maltese mix) and outside, except nights,Jack cat . I’m open to your having a pet. I love animals! It’s on a case by case basis. 6. Please no guests or parties. 7. If you use it, put it back in its space. It’s wasted time looking for stuff. If you cook, clean up. If you made a big mess, you can use the dishwasher. There is no cleaning during your stay. Just a good cleaning when you leave. 8. Come fully vaccinated and provide an emergency number.
