I have a 1910 home in the middle to North Ogden with a room to rent. I am a laid back quiet person who respects others, and am looking for a like-minded tenant. During the veggie growing months, I have a garden, and am happy to share my vegetables and herbs.

Details:
ROOM: double bed, fridge, coffee pot, shelves for food.
PET-FRIENDLY: YES!!! I have a cat and dog, so you and your pet must be as well.
BATHROOM: you will have your own, but it also shares with the kitchen pantry.
UTILITIES: all inclusive, but please turn off the lights when you are out of the room.
SHARED SPACES: living and sitting rooms, kitchen and laundry room.
PARKING: you will have your own parking space, and may park an extra vehicle on the road.
MONTHLY RENT: $850, due by the 15th each month.

$100 non-refundable pet fee
$200 refundable deposit
